What is Physical Therapy?
Physical Therapy is a safe, non-invasive and hands-on treatment approach to relieve pain and restore proper function and movement of your body. Physical Therapists are medical experts in treating musculoskeletal conditions i.e. injuries or pain in the the joints, ligaments, muscles, nerves, tendons, and structures that support the limbs, neck and back.
How can physical therapy help me?
Physical Therapy can help you recover from an injury, surgery or chronic pain. Physical Therapy will help you decrease pain, improve mobility, increase strength and flexibility, and restore function for activities of daily living, work, and athletics. Our physical therapists evaluate your movement patterns, posture identify the source of your pain, and work to get rid of it.
How long will it take to get better?
Every injury is different. Some people heal quickly, some more slowly. Most patients can expect a rehab length from 4 - 6 weeks.
How long is each session?
Typically the evaluation takes approx. 1 hour. Following treatments take between 45min to 1 hour. All our patients are seen promptly with minimal to no waiting time.
Do I need a prescription?
Prescriptions are no longer required in New Jersey State to be treated by a Physical Therapist. After 30 days/ 10 visit Medicare requires that you see your physician. If you have further questions regarding this matter please contact your individual insurance provider or our staff will be ready to discuss.
What do I except in treatment?
Our skilled therapist will examine you every time and staff will help you to get to treatment room safely. There will be paper gowns, shorts will be available to change. Treatment will included hands-on treatment with therapist, including one on one exercises and different types of pain modalities according to therapist guidance.

Do you accept my insurance?
We accept all PPO/POS plans for most of major insurance companies. Although most insurance companies cover physical therapy, what they cover specifically varies greatly. Please contact our office so we can verify your specific plan benefits. Unlike other medical offices we will let you know exactly how much you will need to pay out of pocket per visit. That means no surprise bills in the mail.
What if I don’t have insurance?
If you’re insurance doesn’t cover physical therapy, No worries we can discuss an affordable payment plan for you.
What type of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, check, HSA/FSA, debit card, and credit card. Payment should be made at the time of service.
Do you offer programs once I am better?
Yes, once you have completed your therapy sessions, our therapist will review your home exercise program and determine what exercises would be helpful in your continued recovery and strengthening. The therapist will closely work with your physician or trainer and help you achieve your next goal.
